The old menu pointed here and the page was missing. This is the gate we meant. Baby Root Farm is on a half acre at the historic McGrath Family Ranch in Camarillo, California. We share the land with other farms. We do not keep a shop counter on the road.

Write if you want workshop dates, a volunteer morning, a tour when the rows can take visitors, or a note about where we sell produce. If you are a London friend setting up a kitchen after a move, ask about crate washing and bed prep. The home page holds the London partnership story. This page is for reaching the ranch.

Ranch notices

Leave a name and an email. Tell us whether you want workshops, volunteer days, tours, or produce notes. We read these when we come in from the beds.

We have your words on this screen. Copy them into your own mail app if you want a copy. We will add ranch-notice names when we next sit at the office table.

Visiting the ranch

Open days are announced, not assumed. The strawberry rows and the hoop house photograph well. They also need feet that stay on the chip paths. If you come with children, say so in the note so we can pick a quieter hour.

There is no public phone posted here on purpose. A ringing handset in a crate is how harvests get dropped. The form above is the slower, better door.
